When we were introduced to Sophia, we had almost given up hope that there was anyone out there who could get through to our teen.  We had been in the hospital with an eating disorder earlier in the year, and a suicide attempt put us on the brink, with very little help from the medical community.  Our teen had been diagnosed with a lot of things and they just wanted to give us more meds.  Through a friend we were introduced to Sophia, who promised us she would be able to help in whole or in part.  In a few short months, our teen was talking about purpose, and meaning in their life, gained a new found love of life and recovery.  Today, I can say we're nearing the finish line.  Thank you Sophia, for giving us hope and our child back!

Grief and PTSD changed my bipolar disorder into something I didn’t understand anymore until it eventually settled into the longest and most debilitating depression of my life. I can’t believe I had so many mental obstacles and emotional blocks. The weird thing is, I didn’t even realize it!
